Costa de la Luz nicknamed "the Spanish Algarve" got a special mention as the hot destination to look out for and with property prices significantly cheaper than Portugal, Costa del Sol and Eastern Spain. This area joins with Portugal in the west and with Seville in the east and is well connected to main transport routes.

Unspoilt and peaceful, this is the perfect location for a ”get away from it all” holiday home or lifestyle change. Away from the tourist trail,  it will offer you  sandy beaches, sunshine, water sports & spacious golf courses - a chance to absorb and take part in a life filled with traditional Spanish culture and its fascinating cuisine; restaurants in the tourist areas often cater for the “chips with everything” brigade, but real Spanish cuisine is inexpensively and a gourmet's delight.

The breeze from the Atlantic means that during summer temperatures remain pleasant - although winter can be a little too chilly for the beach - but with an average year round temperature of 20ºC.

The vast, uninhabited area of the Doñana Natural Park with its sand dunes and marshlands is a vitally important natural environment for a variety of wildlife species.

Inland, the Condado area produces fantastic wines and further to the north are the beautiful and little visited mountain villages of the Sierra Morena and half an hour to the south you can relax on the sunny and beautilful beaches. Also other resorts in Ayamonte or Isla Canela are nearby.
